We provide care in Ilkley, Addingham, Baildon, Bingley, Otley and Silsden.

All our carers are police checked and hold a current enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate (DBS) to ensure they are legally allowed to work unsupervised within vulnerable settings.

The care staff we supply to you will have had training that meets the standard required by the Care Standards Act 2014. Most of our care staff will have qualifications that exceed these standards. We also supply the necessary updates and extra courses that equip our carers to undertake the type of care that they wish to specialise in.

We know how important it is for you to build a rapport with your carer and so we try very hard to keep the same carer with you. There are times when this is unavoidable, for example when your usual carer is on holiday or off sick in this instance we will make arrangements to send another carer and ensure they are known to you prior to the visit.
